1. Stock template is a product template you see on our website. A custom template is something 100% made to order. 
2. A display box is a point of sale box that sits on the counter. If you add this, we will design this too!
3. If your order is without the display box, you will receive two retail samples. If your order is with the display box, you will receive two retail samples and one display box.
4. We do not provide artistic graphic design services! This purchase is taking your logo and basic graphic design, and paste it on either our templates (stock template) or your own custom design template (custom template).
5. We offer a maximum of 3 revisions for either stock or custom template.
6. All samples are inclusive of shipping to your door step!

Q: What is the difference between a stock template and a custom template?

A: A stock template is an item you see for sale on our website. We take your arts, paste it on a template, offer you three revisions and once you are happy we manufacture it and ship it out to you. A custom template is taking your idea and making it into a whole new format that does not exist on our product portfolio!

Q: How is the sample shipped to me?

A: By FedEx IP to your door step! Yes, this purchase is all-inclusive with a sample to your door step!

Q: What is the difference between this and a free mock up?

A: A mock-up is a digital representation and this is a physical!

Q: How are these samples made? What is the process?

A: These samples are digitally printed and cut. Having said there, the production sample is done with our offset lithographic machine and will always be better!

Q: I need an item that is not listed on this purchase - how do I get it sampled?

A: We offer 3 digital revisions at max! After 3 we will make your sample and ship it out to you!
