Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Because these items are specifically produced according to your approved artwork and specifications, they are not eligible for full refunds unless stated below.

Incorrect Customization:
If the final product does not match the signed proof or approved design, we offer a 50% refund as compensation. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your customized item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund.
Non-Customized Products
For non-customized, stock items:

We offer a 100% refund if the item is returned in unused and resellable condition within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Additional Terms

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
