Rolling Paper Manufacturer Direct
We Make Rolling Papers. We Don't Resell Them.
There's a difference between a manufacturer and a trading company — and it matters more than most people realize. We've been running our own production floor since 2011, and everything that leaves our facility was made here: cut, gummed, assembled, and packed under one roof. No middlemen. No third-party factories. Just us.
Most companies selling custom rolling papers are middlemen. They source from a factory, mark up the price, and hand you a spec sheet they didn't write. We're not that. When you ask us about paper GSM, gum formulation, or production lead times, you're talking to the people who actually built the line — because we did.
Our Rolling Paper Manufacturing Line
Our production line was developed in-house from the ground up. It's not off-the-shelf equipment — it's a continuous system that takes paper from raw bobbin through to a finished, packed booklet without handing off to any external contractors. Gumming, slitting, interleaving, cutting, and box packing all happen in sequence on the same line, running three shifts a day.
That level of integration matters for quality control. When every step happens in one place, we catch problems early and hold tighter tolerances across every run. No subcontractor scheduling, no quality variability from a third party — what you spec is what gets built. If you want to understand more about the process before ordering, our ordering process page breaks down exactly what to expect from first contact to delivery.
Our Arabic Gum — Made In-House
Most manufacturers buy pre-processed gum solution from chemical suppliers. We don't. We source raw Acacia arabica crystals directly from licensed exporters in Sudan, then process them ourselves into a water-based solution on-site. No synthetic binders, no chemical additives — just what's needed for a clean, consistent seal.
We've been refining the same formula since 2011. That's not a small thing. Gum consistency is one of the biggest variables in rolling paper quality, and having full control over the formulation is a big part of why our booklets perform the way they do, run after run.
Paper Stocks We Run
We run six core paper stocks, all sub-20 GSM. Here's how they compare to papers your buyers already know:
| Paper | Composition | GSM | Comparable To |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unbleached Natural Plant Fiber | 100% plant fiber pulp | 13 GSM | RAW Organic |
| Unbleached Plant Fiber-Flax Blend | 50% plant fiber / 50% flax pulp | 13 GSM | RAW Classic |
| Unbleached Wood Pulp | Unrefined wood pulp | 12.5 GSM | RAW Black |
| Bleached Rice | Pure rice paper | 13.5 GSM | Elements |
| Coloured Rice | Purple, pink, black, blue, green, yellow | 13.5 GSM | — |
| Full-Colour Printed Rice | Up to 12-colour screen print | 13.5 GSM | — |
Each stock burns and handles differently on the line. We'll tell you straight which one fits what you're building — we'd rather give you honest guidance than upsell you on something that won't perform. Download our full product catalog to see the complete paper specs.
Standard Sizes We Produce
Six dimensions run on our automated line as standard. These have the shortest lead times and lowest minimums:
| Format | Dimensions (mm) | Dimensions (in) | Sheets / Booklet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Width | 70 × 36 mm | 1.42″ × 2.75″ | 50 |
| 1¼ | 77 × 45 mm | 1.77″ × 3.03″ | 40 |
| King Slim | 109 × 44 mm | 1.73″ × 4.29″ | 33 |
| Ultra King Slim | 109 × 33 mm | 1.30″ × 4.29″ | 33 |
| European King | 97 × 54 mm | 2.12″ × 3.81″ | 33 |
| Super King | 109 × 54 mm | 2.12″ × 4.29″ | 33 |
Need something outside these six? We run a semi-automatic line specifically for non-standard dimensions and sheet counts. Lead times and minimums are higher, but the capability is there. Get in touch with your specs and we'll confirm feasibility.

Who We Work With
Our clients are brands building a house rolling paper line, dispensary chains that want their name on a product, distributors white-labeling for retail, and accessory companies entering the rolling paper category for the first time. Some add custom pre-rolled cones or branded rolling trays to round out their product offering. What they all have in common is needing a manufacturer — not a middleman — who can give them real production answers and back them up with consistent output.
Sample orders start at 150 units and ship free worldwide. Production runs typically scale into the thousands to tens of thousands depending on format and customization level. Have questions before getting started? Our FAQ page covers the most common ones.

Are you a rolling paper manufacturer or a trading company?
We're a manufacturer. We own the production equipment, source our own raw materials, and run the line ourselves. We're not placing orders with a third-party factory and reselling the output — everything is made in our facility.
What sizes can you produce?
Six standard sizes run on our automated line (single width through super king). Custom dimensions and sheet counts are available through our semi-automatic line — lead times and minimums are higher, but we can work to most specs. Send us your dimensions and we'll confirm feasibility.
Can you print on the papers inside the booklet?
Yes. We offer watermark branding, selected sheet printing, repeat patterns across the full booklet, and full-color screen printing on rice paper (up to 12 colors). It's one of the things that sets a branded product apart on shelf.
Do you accept paper stock supplied by the client?
No. Our automated line is precisely calibrated to the paper stocks we run. Introducing outside paper creates unpredictable behavior across the gumming, cutting, and interleaving stages — it's not something we can accommodate without compromising output quality.
What does your Arabic gum process involve?
We source raw Acacia arabica crystals from licensed exporters in Sudan and process them in-house into a water-based solution. No synthetic binders, no chemical additives. Full formulation control, start to finish.
Can you ship direct to retail locations?
Yes. We offer co-packing and end-to-end fulfillment, shipping from our facility straight to your store locations. No intermediate warehousing required on your end.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on every volume engagement as standard practice. Your product designs, specifications, and business details don't leave our team.
What certifications are available?
We work with SGS, Intertek, and TÜV for third-party testing. Documentation covers US, EU, and Canadian market requirements. Let us know your target market early and we'll build testing into the timeline. You can also view our existing certifications.
What's the minimum production run?
150 units for sampling. That gives you enough product for real-world testing with your team or retail buyers before committing to a full production run. Full production runs typically start in the thousands depending on format.
